Instructions			
1. In Column A (EmailAddr), you must enter the recipient's email address. The field cannot be empty or contain duplicate entries; otherwise, invalid entries will be removed during upload.This variable name cannot be deleted or modified.	
2. The first row (e.g., UserName, Gender, Birthday) lists example variable names. Delete, add, or modify these to match your template's variables, removing any examples you don't need.
3. Variable names can only contain uppercase or lowercase letters (a-z, A-Z). Any other characters will cause an error during upload.			
4. Before uploading, delete all content under the "Instructions" section.
